Hi out there! Sorry, no pictures with this post. I have been working almost every day and after the shutter bug indulgence over Spring Break I haven't taken any pic's of the kids lately. So reading updates with have to do for now:
Nathan is almost a big 3 year old! He turns 3 May 30th and is all about exploring his boundaries these days. He still loves to be outside! He's started to notice when people are missing. He asks about his grandparents and aunts and uncles and asks to phone them too! It's so cute to hear his almost 3 year old conversations. He is doing great with potty training! We've moved into the stage where he can tell you when he has to go and usually gets there on time. We still put him in pull-ups when we go out (and at night) just in case he falls asleep in the car and forgets!
Anne is HILARIOUS! She is a sassy little one who clearly acts out for entertainment value. She parrots just about everything we say, so we really have to watch it! I said, "crap" out of frustration the other day and guess what she said, "crap!" Oh boy! She is also potty training... kind of. We haven't really enforced anything with her but she voluntarily sits on the potty in her clothes and 8 out of 10 times will tell me when she has to go poo poo, but not her dad. Her vocabulary and verbal skills are growing by leaps and bounds every day! She is such a riot!
Mark and I are doing great. There isn't a week that goes by that we stop to take a look at our surroundings and know that God really did move us here, we had nothing to do with it. It's so amazing! We are able to spend so much more time together and as a family. We are still looking for a church home and would love some prayer in this area. We are going to try a new one this weekend... maybe this is it?
Love you to all!
