Pictures and Hangin Out!

Mommy & Daddy took us to get our pictures taken, for Anne's belated 1 year photo and then kind of for Easter too! Here are those pics!

We were playing with our toys and ended up playing in the toy bins instead! Oh boy what fun!!!!

Nathan decided his head was the best place for his toy box.

Hanging out in our room... it is our favorite place to be!

Nathan playing playdough while Anne takes a nap. It's one of his special "nap-time" activities. He still is experimenting with the texture of the dough and cookie cutters and has yet to try to pick it up and create something, but he's only 2 well almost 3! This day we made handprints and foot prints!

Band practice! Mommy was having such a hard time trying to get dinner done while we were pulling on her pant legs so she gave us some great percussion instruments!!! We had a KILLER jam session... which ended with a murdered wooden spoon.
In the end, we had a broken spoon and mommy's chili to show for our hard work!!!

Thanks for dropping in on us! We love to get your comments and such! We're doing great! Anne has her check up tomorrow at our new pediatrician office. Mommy is nervous. Pray for her!

Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

Valentine's Day!!! Grammie sent us each our own special trains and daddy made us each our own special tracks!!!
Nathan with Percy & Clarabelle...
Anne with Lady and Annie...
Uh, derailment yet again!
Among the books and movie, grandma sent us a new bath toy but we played on the front door of the oven!

Shoot for two!
SCORE!!!!
Later on Valentine's Day mommy & daddy took us to the park where we went on the swings

and slid down the slides.

(who knew such a big daddy could fit inside such a small play set!)

Anne tromping through after a big climb up the stairs... whew, hard work!

Nathan looking wiley after climbing UP the slide....

WooooHOOOOO!

"Mommmmeeee!!!"

Over the bridge!

Valentine's Day was the first sunny day in a while and while it was a tad on the chili side, we loved the park! It was a great present!
THIS WEEK:
It has been sunny and warm! A great reprieve from the rain and clouds so mommy & daddy decided to take us to the ZOO!!!!
Here we are, getting ready to start the day at the zoo!

A tractor at the petting zoo area proved to be the best entertainment, go figure...

Nathan decided this was Dumbo.

Nathan enjoying the giant sealion playing swim as close to you as I can...

"Whoa, that's big!"

It was a great day at the zoo. It was our first trip of many we're sure! We were impressed with the sea animals. Most of the large animals were sleeping and the bears looked like they were hibernating, maybe they will be more lively in the spring and summer!

Thanks for looking in on us!

Valentine's Week...

Here's the latest for us... Valentine's Day is this week and our grandma's said they're sending us some great surprises!!! Can't wait!

A really great week last week!!! Mommy said we were great kids all week and we got a lollipop for a treat!

Nathan honing in on his creative skills... "Look, a ship!!!"
Mommy finally made some decorations for our room... it's amazing what she can do with some contact paper and paints!

These are the monkeys that keep us whooping an hollering at night. It takes a few more minutes to fall asleep these days but we LOVE the new decor!

Not much to report this week. Mommy has been busy trying to get her job going and daddy starts the championship season... busy busy busy!!!

Snow Fun

Here we are in the snow!!!! It was our first trip and we weathered fairly well...
Nathan getting his mittens put on for the 3rd time in about 5 minutes. He hated the way they felt but the snow was too cold for his bare hand... poor kid, not happy either way this time.

Nathan helping build the snow man that never came to fruition, the snow was too powdery.
Getting mittens on, again... ha!

Anne with her auntie... cold, snow etc... not her thing... she's a bit of a snowbird still... don't worry she'll be tearing down the snowboard slopes before we know it!
In true snowbird style... stick to the sidewalk, love the fashion...
Contemplating taking a step into the white stuff... not so sure.
Here's Nathan's first ride down the slope... he was singing "up the hill," all the way up... as soon as they got to the top fear set in but they went anyway and upon completion of the ride, he said, "Oh Goodness!!!" We died laughing!
